We lend our expertise to advancing racial equity, gender justice, and disability justice. Our clients are eager to embrace learning as we go and create opportunities to advance social justice.

Our Services

  • Foundation Strategy

We partner with individuals, along with private and community foundations, to create and/or expand a comprehensive design, implementation, and evaluation of strategic initiatives. In collaboration with community stakeholders, we create action plans to implement new strategies, including high-level communication plans; suggest changes to grant, staffing, and governance processes; and key evaluation metrics and learning techniques.

  • Strategic Learning & Impact Evaluation

We design high-impact evaluation processes that included establishing clear criteria for evaluating impact, surveying feedback from various stakeholders, appraising long-term needs, and providing recommendations where appropriate, thus deepening relationships that extend beyond transactional client support.

  • Capacity Building

We support social justice organizations with the strategic clarity, people, knowledge, and resources they need to achieve impact and advance systems change over the course of years and decades. Our team facilitates peer-to-peer training/webinars, 1:1 coaching for staff/executives/board members, and technical assistance to strengthen the capacity of internal and external stakeholders, including grantees.

  • Collective Impact: Intent to Action

We provide comprehensive planning support for the design and launch of donor collaboratives and grassroots networks. As part of this process, we provide the following services: identifying key partners, defining success metrics, facilitating implementation, and metrics of collective impact at different stages of maturity.

  • Professional Coaching

We provide 1:1 leadership development and/or cohort coaching for entry-level, mid-level, and executive nonprofit professionals who identify as Black, Indigenous, or People of Color (BIPOC). The experience is designed to increase participants’ knowledge, skills, and confidence to seek promotional opportunities and combat anti-racist, anti-oppression frameworks across the nonprofit sector.
